Unless otherwise agreed by Jaymac in writing, JAYMAC’S standard terms for payment of credit accounts are NET 15 days payment from each statement date.  Statements are sent twice monthly.  We do not give credit on the basis that we are paid when our customer is paid.  We expect payment by the due date.  If there is a problem, we are pleased to discuss the matter and rely on you to make contact.

I/We have thoroughly read and I/We understand JAYMAC’S ‘Standard Trading Terms and Conditions’ and accept same without reservation taking particular notice therein of clause (3) governing JAYMAC’S retention of Title conditions.  I/We furthermore certify that the information I/We have given is true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief.  I/We hereby authorize Jaymac to check my/our credit history and to exchange relevant information with the referees nominated on this document.  I/We understand failure to pay this account on time will automatically lead to the closing of our account privileges and legal proceedings to recover any debt owing by the company, personally from the director/s & or principles. Jaymac International Pty Ltd shall be a liberty from time to time without further authority than this guarantee to debit and charge the account of the debtor with all interest, costs, charges, expenses and payments, legal or otherwise which Jaymac International Pty Ltd may incur, in connection with obtained or attempting to obtain payment of moneys or retention of title property, hereby secured whether from us or from the debtor.
