Deluxe Unit - Auto Cleaning Operation
Monitor Lights
(Vertically Positioned
from Top to Bottom)
No 1 (Orange Light) - Salt higher than necessary, no action
required, you can extinguish this light by adjusting the chlorine
production down to a lower setting if required. (The excess salt
will not in any way harm the unit)
No 2 (Orange Light) Steady - Chlorinator is turned off unit is on
standby.
No 2 (Orange Light) Flashing - Salt low and/or clean cell.
1. Firstly ensure that the cell is clean.
2. If cell is clean add salt.
3. If Illuminated and Flashing - The pool may need additional salt
to allow the unit to operate at its best. Water to be tested and
add salt at the prescribed rate.
4. If warning buzzer is also sounding the salt maybe below .15%,
the unit will automatically turn off to avoid premature cell
failure. To reset chlorinator, once the problem has been
rectified, turn power off then back on.
No 3 (Red Light) Steady - Power is on
No 3 (Red Light) Flashing - No water flow chlorinator is on
standby. There is no water in the cell housing your chlorinator
has automatically turned off. The unit will automatically switch on
again once the water flow resumes.
No 4 (Red Light) Steady - Overload, check cell for short circuit.
The above lights, where it be one light or a combination of lights,
the question of what lights are on, needs to be asked. This may
help solve the problem without too much fuss.

No 4 (Red Light) Flashing - A flashing light indicates that the
chlorinator is operating correctly in its reverse cycle mode. This
will remain flashing whilst it is in this mode for the full duration of reverse operation. When it then extinguishes the unit will have
reverted back to the normal cycle for the same period of time.
This will continue to happen.
